Women’s Month celebrates the empowerment of women as active, significant contributors to development, whether it be on or off the workforce. iBG Finance, with its predominantly female team, lauds the women behind the platform and highlights the various ways in which they commit to building iBG Finance into what it is today, and what it will be in the days to come.

Below follows an overview of who these remarkable women are, and how they are integral to the iBG Finance Team.

Rashi Gaur, esteemed Marketing Manager of iBG Finance, is a mother of one who resides in Singapore with the cultural heritage of India behind her. She earned her master’s degrees in English, Literature, and Fashion, and has been a professional in the marketing industry for over a decade. She began her career through journaling for prominent fashion and lifestyle magazines, alongside having her work featured in renowned crypto publications. Rashi is a fashionista at heart, and evidently so through her Instagram page filled with photos and poses that document her life as a mother, professional, internationally-recognized influencer, and all-around woman.

Her detail-oriented approach to life raises the bar time and again in iBG Finance and its branding, particularly in its strategy and execution. Her experience as a founder of her own digital fashion magazine provides her a unique perspective in understanding the woes of a brand propelling itself off the ground. To add, her influencer journey allows her familiarity and dexterity when it comes to negotiating collaborations and partnerships.

iBG Finance’s Head of Sales and Technical Support, Pranjali More, is a Dubai resident and another strong key member of the team hailing from India. Pranju (as the team fondly calls her) has a decade of business analyst experience under her belt; her skills in all things integral to driving sales for a brand are unmatched. Her bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Mumbai University provides her the roots to fully flourish as a professional in the decentralized finance space.

In as early as her teenage years, Pranju began a software consultancy that, to this day, runs successfully. She is master-certified in neuro-linguistic programming, mind-mapping, and behavioral analysis, which all come together to shape her into a force to be reckoned with in negotiations and discussions. Her rich experience and formidable drive led her to be the youngest professional to be selected to work for national security services. Although a workaholic, she takes special effort into maintaining a healthy lifestyle and using her time to further her learning both as an individual and as a professional.

With iBG Finance, she utilizes her collective knowledge to provide tech support to both iBG Finance itself and the iBG community. She believes in the confidence, credibility, and profitability of the platform and does not hesitate to tell anyone and everyone about it.

The day-to-day of iBG Finance is kept in check by Operations Officers Farhain Rahim and Alli Dizon, two experienced women with their own unique backgrounds that allow them to assist and lead the team in their own particular ways.

Farhain Rahim is a super-mom of four beautiful children from Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Her diploma in tourism and travel management alongside her extensive background in customer-centric hospitality provided her astounding opportunities to work with the people and for the people. She takes pride in having worked closely with professionals and team members from various backgrounds and cultures.

With iBG Finance, Farhain is similar to an Information Hub, and is everyone’s go-to for anything and everything related to iBG Finance. Her interpersonal skills and no-nonsense work approach is valued and looked up to by many in the team.

In her personal life, she’s known for her “never-say-no” attitude and overall optimistic outlook on life. She enjoys experimenting with fashion and expressing herself; to quote her, “My friends fondly call me ‘tigress’ and they know I can really roar the loudest when angry.”

Alli Dizon is the freshest face on the team and finds herself in Pampanga, Philippines. She can speak three languages and received her undergraduate degree in Tourism Management from the Polytechnic University of the Philippines with Latin Honors. With this, she received an award for her academic excellence, distinguished excellence in her field of specialization, and is eligible for civil service in lieu of Philippine Presidential Decree 907. Alli spends her leisure time reading and traveling around the archipelago with friends and family. She aims to return to academics for her master’s degree in the near future.

Alli brings unique value to iBG Finance through her resourcefulness and willingness to learn and lend a helping hand. Her experience in church volunteering, particularly in production and creative work, allows her the people skills for interpersonal management, time management, and coordination.

The iBG Finance team is supported by their Marketing Assistant, Community, & Communications, Yza Yu, a blonde junior in her AB Political Science undergraduate degree in the Philippines. She is a consistent member of the First Dean’s List of her university and is in the running Latin Honors candidate. She began her venture into cryptocurrency in 2020 during the height of the pandemic and has been navigating the decentralized finance space solo ever since.

iBG Finance has assisted Yza in further expanding her knowledge and capabilities as both a consumer and proponent of the blockchain since her entry to the iBG Finance team. On the flip side, through Yza’s capabilities, iBG Finance has a copywriter who creates meaningful, high-quality content on their social media platforms and press releases, and a team member eager to learn and engage with both the iBG team and the iBG community.

Currently, she handles copywriting, market research, and external relations for the brand, and is coincidentally the author of this celebratory piece for the remarkable women of iBG Finance. She enjoys the city life of the archipelago and in her leisure time, practices her tarot card reading and gaming reflexes in 5v5 multiplayer online battle arenas (popularly known as, ‘MOBAs’).

In line with this month’s theme of women empowerment, the team behind iBG Finance commends its member driving female force through distinguished praise for the time, effort, and hard work they put in daily. The strategies, ideas, and critical thinking propounded by these outstanding individuals only propel iBG Finance towards greater, more innovative heights.

Happy Women’s Month to all!
